CONDITIONS OF RETURN OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS
1. The return period is 14 /fourteen/ days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods purchased from the WallpaperArmy Slovakia Online Store. It is a mandatory condition that the returned products are in good commercial condition.
2. The goods can be returned to the company's warehouse at the address: Bulgaria, or. Sofia, Str. Captain Dimitar Spisarevski 38. After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, the consideration is returned to the Customer in the bank account specified in the PURCHASED GOODS RETURN FORM within 14/fourteen/ working days. Deliveries sent to merchant with cash on delivery are not accepted.
3. Products whose return cannot be accepted (eg if it was sent after the specified period, if it is not in good commercial condition) will be returned to the Customer at his expense.
4. Products requiring replacement must first be returned to the specified address, then they will be replaced.
CONDITIONS FOR COMPLAINTS REGARDING PRODUCTS PURCHASED
1. The deadline for complaints is 14 /fourteen/ days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods purchased from the WallpaperArmy Slovakia Online Store. There is no obligation to return the defective product.
2. You are requested to send us photos of each image in its entirety and mark the damaged parts. You can also write the number of the damaged part / 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 / for each image.
3. You can choose between a replacement or a refund. If you want us to refund the amount, the given product remains with the Customer, and the value is refunded to the Customer in the bank account specified in the CLAIM FORM within 14/fourteen/ working days. If the customer wants us to exchange the product, a new product will be executed or only the defective part, if the product is made of several parts.
4. If the customer wants a refund for the damaged goods, the counter value is returned to the customer in the bank account specified in the PURCHASED GOODS CLAIM FORM within 14 /fourteen/ working days. Complaints sent to the merchant after the expiry of the period of 14/fourteen/ days are not accepted.
